Hyro Adds Healthcare AI Agents to ServiceNow Workflows

Hyro has partnered with ServiceNow to bring healthcare AI agents into ServiceNow workflows for voice and digital self service across health systems.

Hyro has partnered with ServiceNow to integrate its healthcare AI agents with ServiceNow workflows, the companies announced in a press release. The integration supports voice and digital self service for health systems.

The initial use cases include employee FAQs based on ServiceNow Knowledge Articles, ticket creation and status updates for patients, ticket escalation, and access management through voice and chat.

Hyro has also built an app for the ServiceNow Store that adds voice automation for healthcare IT service desks. The app can create IT tickets in ServiceNow by capturing verified employee requests and converting call details into structured ticket intake.

The companies said the integration is intended to connect request capture, routing, and workflow automation across IT, clinical, and administrative systems.
