Hyra Holdings Approves $500M Innovation Fund and IPO Roadmap
Hyra Holdings has announced the approval of a $500 million innovation fund and a roadmap to IPO by 2030, as stated in a press release. The announcement was made during the company's 2025 Annual General Meeting.
The newly launched Hyra Combinator Venture Fund aims to raise $500 million by 2030, focusing on incubating and accelerating over 150 startups in AI, Fintech, Web3, and Quantum Computing. This initiative is part of Hyra's broader strategy to expand its decentralized AI infrastructure, which currently powers over 2 million edge AI devices globally.
Additionally, Hyra Holdings plans to construct a $30 million AI data center in Asia, with construction set to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025. This facility will support the company's decentralized infrastructure and is expected to significantly enhance its computing power.
The company also reaffirmed its IPO roadmap, evaluating listing options across Singapore, Dubai, and the United States, with a target to launch nine core products and achieve a presence in over 30 countries by 2030.
