Hyperscale Data has completed its first installation of Nvidia GPUs for a Silicon Valley-based cloud services provider, marking a significant step in transforming its Michigan data center into an AI and HPC facility.

Hyperscale Data, Inc. has completed its first installation of Nvidia GPUs for a Silicon Valley-based cloud services provider, announced in a press release. This marks a significant step in the company's strategic transformation of its Michigan data center into a cutting-edge facility for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC).

The initial deployment is part of a broader initiative to build infrastructure that supports the growing computational demands of enterprise and cloud-native applications. Currently, the Michigan data center utilizes approximately 28 megawatts, with plans to expand to about 340 megawatts in the coming years to meet the energy requirements of advanced AI and HPC workloads.

William B. Horne, CEO of Hyperscale Data, emphasized the importance of this milestone in the company's transition to a pure-play data center business, focusing on servicing the evolving needs of the AI industry.
