Hyland Named a Leader in IDC Content Services Assessment

Hyland said in a press release it was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape for Worldwide Intelligent Content Services 2026 Vendor Assessment. IDC identified workflow automation, content federation and access, and agentic AI strategy as strengths.

Hyland's Content Innovation Cloud connects content across OnBase, Alfresco, Nuxeo, Perceptive Content and SharePoint without requiring migration or consolidation. The assessment also highlighted its low code workflow platform, three layer agentic AI architecture and model agnostic approach across cloud, on premises and hybrid environments.

IDC cited Shriners Children's use of Hyland OnBase as an example. The organization uses the software to process more than 11,600 clinical documents and manage over 30,000 HL7 messages while supporting more than 2,300 clinicians.
