HOPCo Partners with Humana to Expand Musculoskeletal Care in Arizona
Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo) has partnered with Humana to expand its musculoskeletal (MSK) population health program to eligible Humana members in Arizona, announced in a press release.
The collaboration will use HOPCo’s Integrated Care System (ICS) to coordinate MSK care across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings. The system leverages digital engagement tools and analytics to align providers and patients with evidence-based best practices.
HOPCo’s platform integrates patient engagement technologies such as the myrecovery application and connects members with specialists through the HOPCo Specialty Care Network, which includes more than 230 MSK physicians statewide. The network is the only URAC-accredited MSK clinically integrated network in the U.S.
The company recently strengthened its digital capabilities through the acquisition of AI-powered health platform Caro Health, further supporting its goal of delivering data-driven, value-based care solutions.
