HiOctave Secures $15M to Enhance AI Customer Experiences for SMBs
HiOctave has announced its launch and secured $15 million in financing, led by Vinod Khosla and Khosla Ventures, announced in a press release. The funding round also saw participation from Celesta Capital, Anthology Fund, and Carya Venture Partners.
HiOctave aims to provide small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) with AI-driven tools to automate and personalize customer experiences. The platform offers features like autonomous voice and digital agents, automated quality monitoring, and voice of customer analytics, all designed to help SMBs maintain high-touch customer relationships without significant overhead.
Co-founded by Andy Lee and Anand Chandrasekaran, HiOctave seeks to empower SMBs by delivering enterprise-grade automation at affordable prices. Golan Agmon, previously with Wix, joins as co-founder and CEO, bringing his experience in helping SMBs grow their online presence. The new capital will accelerate product development and market expansion, enabling HiOctave to support SMBs in building direct and durable customer relationships.
