Hexaware Acquires CyberSolve to Strengthen AI-Led Cybersecurity

Hexaware Technologies has acquired CyberSolve, a global identity and access management specialist, to expand its AI-driven cybersecurity capabilities and enhance enterprise identity operations.

Hexaware Technologies has acquired CyberSolve, a global specialist in identity and access management (IAM) solutions, announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to expand Hexaware’s AI-led cybersecurity capabilities and modernize enterprise identity operations across complex, hybrid technology environments.

CyberSolve brings nearly a decade of experience in large-scale identity programs, employing over 230 specialists and maintaining more than 20 IAM technology alliances. The company has completed more than 650 implementations across sectors including healthcare, finance, retail, and government. Its services cover IAM planning, deployment, modernization, and managed services.

According to Hexaware, combining its engineering and consulting expertise with CyberSolve’s IAM specialization will enable clients to automate identity controls using AI and improve security governance. The integrated team will focus on delivering continuous compliance, faster onboarding, and secure operations for global enterprises.
