Hanshow has signed a Strategic Partner Agreement with Microsoft to enhance digital retail innovation through AI, cloud, and Store Digital Twin technologies integrated with Microsoft Azure.

Hanshow has signed a Strategic Partner Agreement with Microsoft Corporation to expand collaboration in smart retail innovation, announced in a press release. The agreement was signed at the Microsoft Executive Briefing Center in Redmond, Washington, and strengthens long-term cooperation between the two companies on Store Digital Twin technology, Microsoft Azure integrations, and joint market programs.

Hanshow and Microsoft plan to connect physical store systems with secure, scalable cloud infrastructure to improve store visibility, responsiveness, and operational intelligence. The companies have been working together since 2019 through Microsoft's AI and IoT Insider Lab on cloud, in-store IoT, and data intelligence applications.

Over 200 million Hanshow electronic shelf labels currently operate on Azure, and several co-sell solutions are available in the Microsoft ecosystem. Earlier in 2026, Hanshow introduced xPilot with Microsoft at NRF Asia Pacific, an AI assistant built on Store Digital Twin and Azure that supports retail decision-making and workflow optimization.

The new partnership will focus on expanding collaborations in cloud-enabled retail innovation, global ecosystem development, and customer engagement.
