Grupo Boticário Expands Haut.AI Skin Analysis to 4,000 Stores

August 18, 2026
Grupo Boticário is expanding Haut.AI skin analysis technology to about 4,000 O Boticário stores in Brazil after a 24 store pilot.

Grupo Boticário is expanding Haut.AI's AI skin analysis technology from a 24 store pilot to about 4,000 O Boticário stores across Brazil, the companies announced in a press release. The rollout follows pilot results showing that the AI skin analysis experience increased average skincare order value by about 80%.

The technology powers Meu Botik, an in store skin analysis and product recommendation experience used by O Boticário beauty advisors during customer consultations. It runs on the mobile devices advisors already use for purchases and returns a skin assessment in about 80 seconds.

Haut.AI evaluates more than 150 facial biomarkers, including hydration, skin tone uniformity, and expression lines. The company says its technology is trained on more than 3 million validated clinical images, while consumer images are anonymized through its Skin Atlas technology.

The partnership began in 2023, when Grupo Boticário's venture arm, GB Ventures, joined Haut.AI's seed financing round. Haut.AI also plans to expand the technology to other Grupo Boticário brands with new initiatives in September.
