GreyLabs AI Secures $9.6M to Enhance Voice AI Solutions
GreyLabs AI has raised INR 85 crore (approximately USD 9.6 million) in a Series A funding round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investor Z47 and several angel investors, according to Entrepreneur. The funding will be used to expand the company's workforce, enhance research and development, and strengthen its presence in Bengaluru and Delhi.
Founded in 2023, GreyLabs AI focuses on automating customer interactions in the banking and financial services industry. The company's AI platform integrates voice AI with speech and email analytics, enabling financial institutions to streamline customer engagement while maintaining regulatory compliance and improving operational efficiency.
The startup aims to increase its client base to over 300 in the BFSI sector and manage billions of monthly customer interactions. GreyLabs AI's solutions support multiple Indian languages, catering to the country's diverse customer base.
