Gravyty Launches Unified Ivy & Ocelot AI Platform for Higher Education

Gravyty has launched Ivy & Ocelot, a unified AI assistant platform for higher education, announced in a press release. The platform merges the company’s Ivy.ai and Ocelot systems, creating a single intelligent solution designed to connect departments across campuses.

The integrated platform enables institutions to deploy tailored AI assistants for departments such as enrollment, housing, IT, athletics, and advancement, while maintaining centralized governance and cross-campus communication. It automates tier-1 and tier-2 support and provides real-time engagement through chat, SMS, phone, and social media channels.

Key features include automated content synchronization with institutional knowledge sources, a generative AI search tool called AI Search, customizable brand voice settings, curated content packs, and advanced analytics dashboards. The system also includes enterprise-grade integrations with campus systems such as CRM, SIS, ERP, LMS, and ticketing tools.

The Ivy & Ocelot platform is built on an API-first architecture and adheres to compliance standards including SOC2, FERPA, HIPAA, and GDPR. The launch follows Gravyty’s earlier merger of its brands and its acquisition of Athlete Network, expanding its engagement capabilities across the entire student lifecycle.
