Grab Partners with Nuitée to Launch GrabStays Travel Booking Service

Grab has partnered with Nuitée to launch GrabStays, a new accommodation booking service integrated into the Grab app. The service allows users to book hotels directly and earn GrabCoins, with Nuitée providing the underlying travel infrastructure.

Grab has partnered with Nuitée to introduce GrabStays, a new accommodation booking feature within the Grab app, announced in a press release. The service enables users to book hotels directly through their existing Grab accounts without additional setup.

GrabStays uses Nuitée’s global travel infrastructure and API integration to provide access to a wide hotel inventory with competitive same day rates. Users can earn GrabCoins and receive personalized promotions across Grab’s mobility, food, and travel services.

The service includes an AI chatbot that assists users with hotel information, preferences, and booking. Once a stay is confirmed, the Grab app can suggest related services such as rides to and from the hotel. GrabStays is part of Grab’s Partner Apps program, which integrates third party services into the app.

The rollout will begin in Singapore later this month, followed by other Southeast Asian markets in 2026.
