GoLabs Introduces Quadruped Security Robots with Unitree Hardware
GoLabs has introduced a new robotic security initiative using quadruped robots built by Unitree Robotics, announced in a press release. The Plano, Texas company offers fully autonomous machines designed for continuous surveillance and infrastructure protection without requiring international shipping.
The robots feature wide angle HD cameras that provide continuous monitoring and alert operators to anomalies. They include thermal and night vision cameras for operation in low visibility environments such as industrial zones or high altitude areas. Using an integrated 4D LiDAR system with SLAM technology, the robots can generate 3D maps of facilities to plan patrol routes and checkpoints.
GoLabs provides support for programming, setup, and system integration, along with troubleshooting services. The robotic guards can be used for various purposes, including protecting AI warehouses, industrial facilities, and large public events.
