Global AI has closed $441 million in financing, its first debt raise, the company announced in a press release. The senior secured credit facility was led and arranged by J.P. Morgan, with participation from other lenders.

Founded in 2024, Global AI designs, builds, and operates dedicated, single tenant, air gapped AI infrastructure for nations and enterprises. The company said the systems support AI training and inference while keeping customer data, infrastructure, and operations under customer control.

Global AI said it has $6.2 billion in contracted revenue, including $1 billion already built and delivered to customers. The company is expanding its sovereign AI infrastructure platform across the United States and expects to have 1 GW of capacity available by 2029.
