Glide Identity Raises $20M Series A for AI-Safe Authentication Platform
San Francisco-based Glide Identity has raised more than $20 million in Series A funding announced in a press release. The round was led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, with participation from Amigos Venture Capital, Singtel Innov8, and Sir Ronald Cohen. This brings Glide’s total funding to over $25 million to date.
Glide Identity develops an authentication and verification platform designed for the AI and AGI era. Its technology replaces one-time passwords with SIM-based cryptographic authentication that operates through mobile carrier networks. This method verifies a user’s identity without requiring manual input and is resistant to phishing and interception.
The company collaborates with major telecommunications providers and technology partners, including T-Mobile, Verizon, and Google Cloud, to deliver secure, AI-ready identity infrastructure. Glide plans to continue expanding its partnerships and will host a panel on “Agentic Authentication” at Authenticate 2025 on October 14.
