GLG expanded its AI moderated calls offering with a conversational AI agent that conducts expert interviews in 10 languages. The tool follows client discussion guides, asks follow up questions, collects survey data, and produces traceable transcripts.

GLG has expanded its AI moderated calls offering, allowing clients to conduct expert interviews through a conversational AI agent in 10 languages, the company announced in a press release.

The AI Moderator follows client discussion guides, asks follow up questions, and keeps conversations on track. Clients can also use multiple choice, scale, and matrix style questions, with data exported to Excel.

The calls do not require calendar coordination and can run at the same time across time zones. After each call, clients can generate transcript summaries with outputs tied to named experts and timestamps.

The service supports English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin.
