Genedata Adds NVIDIA RFD4-Proteina to Biologics Discovery Workflows

Oct 22, 2026
Genedata has integrated NVIDIA's RFD4-Proteina model into its biologics discovery workflows. Researchers can generate candidate binders, record laboratory results and use the findings to refine later designs.

Genedata, a Danaher company, said in a press release that it added NVIDIA's RFD4-Proteina binder design model to its biologics discovery workflows. The integration makes the open BioNeMo model available alongside Genedata's scientific data and laboratory workflow tools.

Scientists can define target characteristics and required properties through Genedata's AI assistant. NVIDIA's protein design models then generate and evaluate candidate binders before laboratory testing.

Test results are recorded and linked to the original molecular designs. Researchers can use those results to refine and rank candidates for later design cycles while preserving data lineage, traceability and scientific context.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
