Gemtek Technology Company Ltd has announced the OMDN-107 800Gbps DR Linear Pluggable Optics (LPO) transceiver, announced in a press release. This new OSFP module incorporates the NewPhotonics NPG10202 LPO+™ transmitter-on-chip, featuring integrated lasers, modulators, and optical signal processing.

The OMDN-107 transceiver is designed to provide high-speed optical connectivity for modern AI and cloud data centers. It boasts integrated optical equalization and enhanced link performance in a compact, power-optimized architecture. This enables efficient, scalable interconnect solutions for hyperscalers and AI factories.
