The collaboration is focused on modernizing how external-party assurance is managed across Delta Dental’s operations. Ape-X Assurance uses agentic AI with human-governed workflows to centralize enterprise knowledge, support multilingual collaboration, and automate audit-ready responses.

FusionAIrre stated that the platform allows organizations to handle customer, regulatory, and compliance requests efficiently while maintaining traceability, governance, and subject matter expert review.
