Foundry DST, developed by Saxum, has launched a communications intelligence platform in Oklahoma that maps anticipatory sentiment at the sub-state level, according to a press release. The tool provides county-by-county analysis of how messages, policy frames, or campaigns are likely to be received before reaching their audience.

The system classifies sentiment as Green, Yellow, or Red for each county, along with a confidence score and narrative reasoning based on local data. It also suggests message adjustments by identifying effective frames, highlighting language to avoid, and offering optimized rewrites.

The platform uses four independent AI models whose outputs are statistically normalized to reduce hallucination risk. Results with high inter-model variance are flagged for human review before being delivered to users.

Foundry DST’s architecture integrates geographic precision, iterative message refinement, and analyst-mediated delivery. It draws on a proprietary Oklahoma FactBook dataset covering 77 counties and incorporating intelligence from 39 federally recognized tribes, combining 20 years of local data with current trend signals and news cycle integration.
