Feedzai Launches Farol AI Agent for Fraud Investigations

Feedzai launched Farol, an AI agent for banking fraud analysis, on September 24, 2026, according to a company press release. The agent is integrated into RiskOps Studio and works with transaction and alert data within each financial institution's environment.

Farol analyzes fraud detection rules, identifies rules that generate unnecessary alerts and recommends threshold changes. It also retrieves and summarizes alert data, provides guidance on using Feedzai's platform and drafts Suspicious Activity Reports.

Feedzai says Farol can reduce alert handling times by 20 percent and complete report drafts up to 12 times faster by automating information collection and summarization. The company says customer data and generated insights remain within the institution's environment.
