Fathom Doubles Staff with Senior Leadership Hires Across Departments

Fathom has more than doubled its workforce with a series of senior appointments across departments, including new leaders in communications, policy, and philanthropy.

Fathom has more than doubled its staff with a series of senior appointments across departments, announced in a press release. The expansion marks a significant phase of growth for the nonprofit as it enters its second year of operations.

The organization added several new senior leaders, including Jamie Van Leeuwen as Chief of Philanthropic Partnerships, Shana Mansbach as Vice President of Communications and Strategy, Jake Swanton as Vice President of State Policy and External Affairs, and Jamie Chou as Vice President of Impact Strategy and Special Projects. Max Docksey and Gillian Hadfield also joined as Senior Advisors.

In addition to these appointments, Fathom brought on three new team members to strengthen its policy, philanthropic partnerships, and operations groups, and welcomed two new Senior Fellows. The company stated the hires will help sustain its growth and support its mission in the AI sector.
