Farsight Launches Freeform to Automate Financial Deal Materials
Farsight announced in a press release the launch of Freeform, an AI system that generates complete financial deliverables such as Confidential Information Memoranda, pitch decks, investment committee memos, and financial models from a single prompt. The system is designed for financial institutions and integrates directly with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Freeform combines transcripts, financial data, marketing materials, and prior deal documents to produce client ready materials that align with firm specific standards. The platform generates synchronized outputs across multiple file types, reducing the need for manual editing and revision cycles.
According to Farsight, Freeform differs from general purpose AI tools by producing complete, formatted deliverables grounded in a firm's historical work and prior materials. It operates within Microsoft Office applications and learns from user feedback to improve output quality over time.
The company stated that the system captures institutional knowledge across past deals, allowing accumulated intelligence to support future work. The launch follows Farsight’s earlier rollout of its AI platform across Microsoft Office and its previous Series A funding round aimed at expanding AI capabilities for financial services.
