Everpure has introduced new capabilities for Red Hat OpenShift users, announced in a press release. The update integrates Portworx storage, data protection, and disaster recovery directly into the OpenShift console, enabling teams to manage AI workloads, containers, and virtual machines from a single interface.

The release includes Portworx Plugin 2.2 for Red Hat OpenShift, which allows users to monitor and protect data without command line tools. It adds support for Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management, offering orchestration of disaster recovery for containers and virtual machines across multiple sites.

Everpure also introduced Portworx for Edge, which supports OpenShift environments on small clusters. The solution provides automated data protection and encryption for two to five node deployments, extending enterprise grade data management to remote and edge locations.

The new features are available now as part of Portworx Enterprise 3.6, Portworx Plugin 2.2 for Red Hat OpenShift, and Portworx Backup 2.11.
