Eudia has launched Eudia Counsel, the first AI-augmented law firm, and expanded its AI for Good initiative to improve access to justice.

Eudia has launched Eudia Counsel, the world's first AI-augmented law firm, as announced in a press release. This new venture operates under Arizona's Alternative Business Structure (ABS) program and aims to transform legal service delivery by embedding AI-augmented legal experts directly within client workflows.

Eudia Counsel offers two primary services: AI-Augmented M&A and AI-Augmented Contracting. These services leverage Eudia's Augmented Intelligence platform to accelerate M&A diligence and transform contracting processes, providing faster and more informed decision-making for clients like DHL, Stripe, and Airbnb.

In addition to launching Eudia Counsel, Eudia has expanded its AI for Good initiative, which focuses on using AI to improve access to justice. This initiative aims to remove barriers to legal services, support economic and social mobility, and promote inclusive legal practices. Eudia is actively seeking a long-term partner in Arizona to further extend its impact and support underserved communities.
