ETS and Passage Partner on AI Tools for TOEFL and GRE Student Matching

ETS and Passage will integrate TOEFL and GRE assessment insights with Passage technology to help institutions identify and engage prospective students. The first capabilities are planned for this fall.

ETS and Passage announced in a press release a strategic partnership to connect TOEFL and GRE assessment insights with Passage AI tools for student matching and engagement.

ETS selected Passage as its exclusive strategic AI and technology partner for work involving TOEFL and GRE in education workflows. The companies said the integration will use Passage processing, matching, and engagement capabilities to help institutions identify and contact prospective students at scale.

The first capabilities for institutions and students are planned for this fall. ETS said it will keep ownership and operational control of TOEFL and GRE, including test development, delivery, scoring, security, psychometric research, and validity standards.
