EPAM Systems has launched the AI/Run.Transform Playbook to assist enterprises in adopting AI-native strategies, announced in a press release. The new offering provides a structured approach combining consulting, engineering, and AI automation to streamline large-scale transformation across organizations.

The AI/Run.Transform Playbook integrates three core components: AI/Run.Blueprints, which provide modular frameworks for implementation; AI/Run.Talent, which assembles specialized multidisciplinary teams; and AI/Run.Tools, a collection of proprietary platforms and partner technologies. Together, these elements aim to standardize how companies design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions.

According to EPAM, the playbook embeds agentic workflows directly into the software development lifecycle, enabling teams to align business and technical objectives while maintaining scalability and performance measurement. The company describes this model as a repeatable framework to accelerate AI adoption and improve return on investment for enterprise clients.
