EPAM and Anthropic Form Multi-Year Partnership to Advance Enterprise AI
EPAM Systems has entered a multi-year strategic partnership with Anthropic to accelerate enterprise adoption of safe and reliable AI, announced in a press release. The collaboration combines EPAM’s engineering and consulting expertise with Anthropic’s Claude models, including Claude by Anthropic, Claude Code, and the Claude Agent SDK.
The partnership aims to help organizations modernize legacy systems, automate workflows, and analyze large datasets. EPAM is developing a dedicated practice of over 10,000 Claude-certified architects, with 1,300 already certified and 5,000 more expected by the end of the third quarter of 2026. More than 20,000 EPAM employees have completed training through the Anthropic Academy.
Anthropic’s Head of Partnerships, Phil Samenuk, said EPAM’s deep engineering expertise will support enterprises in moving AI projects from concept to production across Claude, Claude Code, Claude Security, and the Agent SDK. The companies plan to help clients improve operational resilience and efficiency through applied AI capabilities.
