Employ and VONQ Integrate AI Screening into JazzHR and Lever
Employ Inc. has partnered with VONQ to integrate AI candidate screening directly into its JazzHR and Lever applicant tracking systems, announced in a press release.
The integration introduces skills-based AI screening at the earliest stage of hiring. Recruiters can now receive ranked shortlists and explainable candidate reports without manually sorting through applications. The tool engages applicants immediately through chat and voice interactions, evaluating responses against role-specific criteria.
Employ stated that the system reduces manual screening time and helps recruiters focus on qualified candidates. According to the announcement, hiring teams using the AI Screening solution fill roles 2.5 times faster, with candidate processing time reduced from three weeks to two hours.
The AI Screening agent by VONQ is independently audited for bias and compliance by Warden AI. Employ plans to showcase the integrated solution during a joint webinar on June 30.
