Elenova AI Launches AI Workflow Consultancy for Multifamily Operators

Elenova AI has launched a consultancy that builds custom AI workflows for multifamily leasing, maintenance, and operations. Its workflows are tested inside REEP Equity and REEP Residential before outside deployment.

Elenova AI announced in a press release that it has launched as a consultancy for custom AI workflows in multifamily leasing, maintenance, and operations. The San Antonio company builds and tests its workflows inside the REEP Equity and REEP Residential portfolio before offering them to outside clients.

The firm was founded by Jacob Garza and Dharmesh Shroff. Garza previously built Property Automation Software and later founded REEP Equity and REEP Residential, a portfolio with more than 6,070 units and $770 million in transactions. Shroff previously held senior executive roles at Entrata and RealPage.

Elenova AI starts with an assessment of where AI can reduce work for a specific operator, then builds workflows around that team's current systems. The company lists leasing responses, tour booking, maintenance triage after hours, renewal and delinquency outreach, and reporting across portfolios as supported areas.

The service is available now to multifamily operators. Onboarding begins with a 30 minute assessment call through elenova.ai.
