Electrosoft Names Former USPTO CIO Jamie Holcombe as COO
Electrosoft Services has appointed Jamie Holcombe as Chief Operating Officer, announced in a press release. He will report directly to CEO Dr. Sarbari Gupta.
Holcombe previously served as Chief Information Officer for the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he led one of the federal government's major cloud-first and AI-enabled modernization programs. He brings more than 30 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity leadership across civilian, defense, and intelligence sectors.
As COO, Holcombe will oversee program delivery across Electrosoft's federal portfolio, align business development with operational readiness, and strengthen the company's infrastructure for government contracting. He will also focus on expanding Electrosoft's AI-enabled cybersecurity and digital transformation services.
Electrosoft, based in Reston, Virginia, provides cybersecurity, digital engineering, and automation solutions for federal agencies. The company has operated for 25 years, supporting secure modernization and mission-focused system development.
