Oct 22, 2026
Eko Health has launched the FDA cleared CORE 300 stethoscope, which combines analog listening with digital amplification, noise cancellation and optional AI analysis.

Eko Health launched its FDA cleared CORE 300 stethoscope on October 22, the company announced in a press release. The device combines traditional analog listening with digital tools in one stethoscope.

Clinicians can switch between analog and digital modes by turning the chestpiece. Digital features include amplification up to 35 times, active noise cancellation, adjustable volume and a display that shows heart rate in real time.

CORE 300 can connect to the Eko App to record, display and save heart, lung and other body sounds. The app also provides access to Eko Health's FDA cleared AI for structural murmur detection.

The device is available through Eko Health's website and is priced in line with premium traditional stethoscopes. The company plans releases in Canada, the United Kingdom and selected European markets after the US launch. Eko Health says it has delivered more than 750,000 devices.
