The private placement was led by MOZAYYX and included participation from several institutional investors such as World Foundation, Discovery Capital Management, and others. Notably, BitMine Immersion invested $20 million in the transaction. The new ticker symbol, ORBS, is intended to signify Eightco's commitment to leading the Proof of Human revolution, emphasizing trust and authentication in the AI era.
