Eficode has acquired Solidify to enhance its GitHub services across Europe, strengthening its position as a leading GitHub partner.

Eficode has acquired Solidify, a prominent GitHub and Microsoft consultancy in Scandinavia, to reinforce its GitHub services business in Europe. This acquisition, announced in a press release, positions Eficode as a leading GitHub partner in the EMEA region, expanding its capabilities in GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Azure.

Solidify, founded in 2013, operates in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, providing AI, platform engineering, and cloud adoption services. With 60 employees and a revenue of 8.4 million euros in 2024, Solidify brings significant expertise and certifications in GitHub technologies to Eficode.

The acquisition aligns with Eficode's strategy to become a global leader in DevOps and AI services, enhancing its offerings with Solidify's expertise in GitHub and Microsoft technologies. This move is expected to deepen Eficode's customer relationships and broaden its service offerings across Europe.
