Edge226 Acquires AnyClip to Expand Video Intelligence Capabilities
Edge226 has acquired AnyClip, a video intelligence company that uses AI to analyze and understand video content at scale, according to a press release. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Edge226 said the acquisition strengthens its capabilities in video intelligence, artificial intelligence, and monetization. The company aims to offer advertisers more effective outcome-based marketing solutions across connected TV, in-app, rewarded, and desktop environments.
AnyClip brings proprietary AI tools that help publishers understand their video content, improve discovery and recommendations, and deliver contextual advertising. Combined with Edge226’s performance marketing infrastructure and demand relationships, the integration is expected to enhance targeting, personalization, and monetization opportunities for publishers.
Leaders from both companies said the deal will accelerate Edge226’s platform expansion and allow the integration of content intelligence with user data to improve marketing performance across multiple digital channels.
