EasyPA Launches AI Platform to Streamline Prior Authorizations
EasyPA has launched the first fully operational AI-powered prior authorization platform, designed to meet CMS standards two years ahead of the 2026 deadline, announced in a press release. The platform aims to tackle inefficiencies in healthcare data exchange, which have been linked to patient harm and physician burnout.
Founded by a team of physicians and AI experts, EasyPA's platform offers real-time, AI-powered approvals and built-in compliance. It is designed to streamline the prior authorization process, which has been a significant bottleneck in healthcare, costing providers an estimated $528 million in 2019.
The platform includes features such as AI-generated PA forms, real-time clinical validation, and one-click appeal creation, all within a HIPAA-secure, FHIR-ready design. This innovation is expected to significantly reduce administrative waste and improve patient care by automating transparency, speed, and fairness in the prior authorization process.
