DXC Technology announced in a press release the launch of DXC OASIS, an intelligent orchestration platform designed to modernize managed services. The platform connects and manages enterprise IT systems in real time, combining agentic AI with human expertise to create predictive and continuously improving operations.

DXC OASIS acts as a unified layer across existing IT environments, enabling organizations to gain a complete view of performance, cost, and risk across multivendor systems. It establishes a governed and secure model for aligning decisions and actions across the enterprise while maintaining visibility and accountability.

The platform introduces features such as unified visibility, predictive intelligence, and collaborative workflows between AI agents and human operators. These capabilities aim to reduce manual tasks, enhance operational precision, and improve response times.

According to DXC, OASIS is part of its Human+ approach, which integrates AI directly into service delivery. The system uses AI agents to interpret signals, forecast risks, and take action in real time, supporting experts in managing critical systems with greater speed and control.
