DXC and ServiceNow Launch AI-Powered Insurance Solution
DXC Technology and ServiceNow have expanded their strategic partnership to introduce a new AI-powered solution aimed at modernizing the insurance industry, announced in a press release. The collaboration combines DXC's industry-leading software and expertise with ServiceNow's AI-enabled platform to launch DXC Assure BPM, a Business Process Management solution.
The new offering is designed to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction by integrating AI, data, and workflows across the entire policy lifecycle. This solution is expected to reduce operational costs by up to 40% by automating manual processes. It includes preconfigured workflows based on DXC's extensive insurance experience and ServiceNow's AI technology, providing an end-to-end solution for policy administration, billing, underwriting, and claims management.
Available immediately, DXC Assure BPM aims to support insurers in accelerating growth and innovation while improving operational efficiency. The solution also features an AI-driven self-service portal for policyholders, offering personalized customer experiences with faster and more accurate responses.
