DXC Completes Cloud Migration for Telenor Sweden Customer Service

DXC Technology has completed a cloud migration project for Telenor Sweden, modernizing the telecom provider’s customer service operations and applications to support scalability and future AI integration.

DXC Technology has completed a cloud migration and application modernization project for Telenor Sweden, one of the leading telecommunications providers in the Nordic region, announced in a press release.

The project involved moving Telenor's voice and chat channels for consumer and small business customers to a cloud based contact center platform. The system supports more than 500 specialists and handles over 300,000 customer calls each month. DXC integrated the platform with multiple back office systems and developed advanced call workflows to streamline operations.

In addition to the migration, DXC is providing application services and development support to simplify operations, optimize processes, and reduce time to market. The upgrade also establishes a foundation for future AI capabilities within Telenor's customer service environment.
