Dogness has launched a smart pet feeder that uses Google Gemini to analyze animal behavior and alert owners to possible abnormalities.

Dogness launched an AI pet feeder built with Google Cloud and Google Gemini, the company said in a press release on October 15. The feeder uses Gemini to analyze pet behavior, identify activity that it classifies as abnormal, and send alerts to owners.

The device includes high definition night vision and a 120 degree wide angle camera. Its mobile app lets owners monitor eating, activity, and rest.

Dogness said its cloud storage and servers run on Google Cloud and Google Compute Engine. The company also entered multiple technical cooperation agreements with Google Cloud but did not disclose their terms.
