DiligentIQ has announced a name change to ToltIQ, effective immediately, as stated in a press release. The rebranding aims to emphasize the company's strategic positioning in the private markets due diligence sector, highlighting its capability to efficiently analyze complex documents.

The name ToltIQ was inspired by the tölt gait of Icelandic horses, symbolizing speed and efficiency, as explained by Ed Brandman, Founder and CEO of ToltIQ. The company will maintain its "IQ" logo and visual identity, with the transition expected to be completed in stages over the next two weeks.

ToltIQ leverages advanced AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic to enhance the speed and accuracy of due diligence processes. Benchmark tests have shown productivity gains of 35% to 85%, significantly reducing the time required for diligence activities.
