Digital Edge and B.Grimm Power Begin Construction on Thai Data Center

Digital Edge and B.Grimm Power have started building their first joint data center in Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor, aiming for completion by Q4 2026.

Digital Edge and B.Grimm Power have commenced construction on their first joint data center in Thailand, announced in a press release. This project marks the beginning of a 100-megawatt campus in Chonburi, part of a $1 billion investment plan to enhance AI and cloud infrastructure in the region.

The data center, located within Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor, is designed to support hyperscale and AI-ready operations. It will offer high-density colocation, advanced interconnectivity, and hybrid cloud solutions, catering to the needs of AI workloads and enterprises undergoing digital transformations. The facility is expected to be operational by Q4 2026.

Powered by B.Grimm Power's renewable energy resources, the campus aims to achieve high energy efficiency, aligning with Thailand's sustainability goals. This development is a significant step in supporting the country's digital transformation and positioning it as a digital hub in Southeast Asia.
