Deloitte has announced an expansion of its alliances with Google Cloud and ServiceNow to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI in enterprises, announced in a press release. This collaboration introduces a suite of over 100 ready-to-deploy AI agents powered by Google's Gemini models and Agentspace, aimed at transforming customer interactions and enhancing employee experiences.

The partnership also focuses on the development of Agent2Agent (A2A), Google Cloud's open interoperability protocol, which facilitates communication between agents across different platforms and services. This protocol is designed to enable multi-agent ecosystems, allowing clients to exchange information more effectively across various data sources and cloud providers.

Deloitte's AI agents are tailored for a wide range of tasks across industries such as customer service, procurement, marketing, and more. Specific industry applications include contract redlining for legal services and credit loan automation for financial services. The collaboration aims to improve productivity by at least 30% depending on the use case.

The expanded alliances with Google Cloud and ServiceNow signify a broader effort by Deloitte to transform enterprise operations, leveraging advanced AI technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity across various sectors.
