DeepLook Medical has won top honors at the 2026 Venture Madness competition for its AI imaging technology that enhances early cancer detection. The company, supported by Xcellerant Ventures, has expanded its operations in Arizona and will conduct upcoming clinical trials with Banner MD Anderson.

DeepLook Medical has received top honors at the 2026 Venture Madness pitch competition, announced in a press release. The company develops AI imaging software for early cancer detection and has been expanding its operations in Arizona with the support of Xcellerant Ventures.

DeepLook’s FDA cleared software, DL Precise, provides radiologists with one click tumor segmentation and morphological displays. The software uses AI shape recognition to define tumor boundaries, particularly in dense breast tissue, to support early diagnosis.

Since relocating to Arizona, DeepLook has integrated into the local healthcare network and scaled its clinical operations, including collaborations with Banner MD Anderson. The hospital will serve as lead researcher for an upcoming breast surgery trial. Xcellerant Ventures’ first investment in women’s health supported DeepLook’s growth and connection to Arizona’s life sciences ecosystem.

The Venture Madness award, supported by the Arizona Innovation Challenge, marks a milestone for DeepLook’s expansion in the region and its continued focus on women’s health imaging technologies.
