Darkstrike Adds Former U.S. Government Cybersecurity Leaders to Board and Advisory Team

Darkstrike has appointed four former senior U.S. government officials to its board and advisory team, expanding its leadership in AI safety and cybersecurity.

Darkstrike has added four former senior U.S. government officials to its Board of Directors and Advisory Team, announced in a press release. The appointments bring experience from the White House, CISA, DHS, U.S. Treasury, and U.S. Senate Homeland Security Committee.

Carole House, former White House National Security Council advisor on cybersecurity and critical infrastructure, and John Yaros, former senior official at the U.S. Treasury and U.S. Senate Homeland Security Committee, join the Board of Directors. House also previously served as a CFTC Technology Advisory Committee member, while Yaros has experience in financial technology and investor protection.

David Epperson, former Deputy CIO of the Executive Office of the President and the first CIO and CISO of CISA, joins as Senior Advisor. He is currently CISO of H2O.ai. Mike Horton, former Chief Data Officer and Deputy CIO at the Department of Homeland Security and now VP of National Security at ASRC Federal, also joins as Senior Advisor.
