DarioHealth Signs Six New Employer Clients, Expands Value-Based Care Model
DarioHealth Corp. has added six new employer clients representing tens of thousands of employees across industries including manufacturing, education, advertising, and professional services, announced in a press release. The company also introduced a new value-based pricing model that ties payments to member engagement and clinical progress.
Three of the six new contracts use a milestone-based payment framework that aligns costs with measurable clinical outcomes. This model is designed to simplify the transition to value-based care while reducing administrative complexity for employers.
The new clients selected DarioHealth to provide digital health support for multiple chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, weight management, musculoskeletal, and behavioral health. All programs are delivered through the company's AI-enabled platform.
DarioHealth stated that its integrated multi-condition approach offers cost savings compared to single-condition solutions, with an estimated fivefold return on investment and average annual savings of about $5,000 per user.
