CYPHER Learning Appoints John Mazur as CEO, Founder Graham Glass Becomes CTO

CYPHER Learning has named John Mazur as its new Chief Executive Officer, while founder Graham Glass will transition to the role of Chief Technology Officer to focus on advancing the company’s AI architecture and product innovation.

In a press release, CYPHER Learning announced the appointment of John Mazur as Chief Executive Officer. Founder Graham Glass will move into the role of Chief Technology Officer, where he will concentrate on advancing the company’s AI architecture, product innovation, and long-term technology strategy.

The leadership transition marks a new phase for CYPHER Learning as it continues to expand its AI-native learning platform for enterprises, partners, and customers. Mazur brings extensive experience leading high-growth SaaS and technology companies through expansion and strategic transactions.

Before joining CYPHER Learning, Mazur served as CEO of Chatmeter, which was acquired by Alchemer in 2025. He previously led Homesnap through its acquisition by CoStar Group and held executive positions at ReachLocal, which went public and was later acquired by Gannett Co., Inc.
