Culture Amp Adds MCP Access for ChatGPT and Claude
Culture Amp announced in a press release that its Engage and Perform platforms are now accessible inside AI assistants through Model Context Protocol connectivity. The connection lets managers query engagement, performance and culture data in tools including ChatGPT, Claude and other AI workspaces.
Culture Amp said managers can ask AI assistants to summarize survey results, review engagement trends, pull action items from transcribed conversations, and check team performance goals and ratings. The system can also combine Culture Amp data with other HR data sources where customers connect those systems.
The MCP access is available now, and customers can register to use it. Culture Amp said the feature is grounded in its people science benchmarks and 1.6 billion organizational data points.
