Cognizant has expanded the capabilities of its Neuro AI Multi Agent Accelerator to include interoperability with ServiceNow AI Agents, announced in a press release. The integration allows enterprises to manage and coordinate AI agents from multiple vendors within a single environment.

Through this update, ServiceNow AI Agents can participate in cross platform workflows alongside custom systems and third party platforms. The Neuro AI Multi Agent Accelerator acts as a unified orchestration layer, reducing the need for separate connectors and manual coordination.

Joint customers can use the combined system to configure workflows that span ServiceNow and other platforms while maintaining existing ServiceNow access controls and audit logging. New ServiceNow agents can be registered in the Neuro AI ecosystem as they are deployed, supporting compliance and security requirements.

The open source Neuro AI Multi Agent Accelerator supports a range of models and cloud providers and is available on GitHub. It includes a library of prebuilt agent networks across functions such as sales, finance, supply chain, and customer service.
