Clockwork.ai has launched Mira, an AI analyst that provides forecasting and financial insights for small and medium sized businesses using their QuickBooks and Xero data.

Clockwork.ai has launched Mira, an AI analyst designed to give small and medium sized businesses access to the capabilities of a chief financial officer announced in a press release. Mira analyzes data from QuickBooks and Xero to run forecasts, build scenarios, and explain financial figures.

Once connected, Mira automatically reviews cash flow, balance sheets, and forecasting data without prompts. According to the company, connecting takes under three minutes with no setup fees or manual implementation. The tool uses each business's real transactional data to generate forecasts and explanations, reducing the need for spreadsheet-based analysis.

Users can set Mira to monitor specific financial indicators and receive notifications when key metrics change. Behind the AI sits the full Clockwork platform, which provides forecasts, scenarios, and dashboards traditionally handled by a finance team. Clockwork currently supports over 3,000 businesses and is the official financial planning and analysis partner of Thomson Reuters. Mira is available now to new and existing Clockwork customers.
